Each hibachi meal at desaki includes fried rice, freshly cut vegetables, and luscious lo mein noodles, all perfectly seasoned with our unique blend of Japanese spices and sauces. To elevate your meal, our homemade creamy garlic Yum-Yum sauce and sweet ginger sauce are available upon request. Please note that there is a $20 plate charge for sharing a hibachi meal as there is a $20 minimum per seat when dining at the hibachi grills. For takeout orders, edamame and soup are not included.

All sushi rolls can be prepared with plain or brown rice to meet gluten-free needs. Our fresh sashimi selection is naturally gluten-free, offering a safe and flavorful option.
Any hibachi meal can be made gluten-free by substituting traditional Lo Mein with rice noodles and using gluten-free soy sauce. *Please note that we do not offer gluten-free teriyaki sauce.
The following appetizers can be enjoyed gluten-free or modified to meet your needs: Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Bone-In Chicken Wings, Desaki Sake Mussels (without fried wonton), Yakitori Skewers (without teriyaki glaze), and Flaming Fireball Shrimp (without tempura or eel sauce).
Enjoy menu items featuring gluten-free options like our plum, Yum-Yum, sweet and sour, and Chef AJ’s Sweet Thai Chili sauces. We also provide gluten-free soy sauce, oil and vinegar, and champagne vinaigrette dressings for salads.
At desaki, our unique dining style allows us to accommodate guests on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not typically take reservations. However, for large parties of 12 or more, we are happy to offer call-ahead seating as a courtesy. Please note that this is not a reservation, and call-ahead seating is not available on holidays.
