Leo, affectionately nicknamed the "Michelang-leo" of desaki, has been crafting sushi masterpieces since the restaurant’s inception. As our Head Sushi Chef, Leo takes immense pride in perfecting the art of sushi while also honing his skills in the English language. His passion and dedication shine through in every roll he creates.

Micky has been an integral part of the desaki family since the very beginning, over 15 years ago. As one of our incredible hibachi chefs, Micky brings not only his culinary expertise but also his warmth and personality to every dining experience. When asked about his favorite part of working at desaki, Micky shared, “My favorite part about working at desaki is that the restaurant feels like one big family.”
